Timeframe
Return or exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
Items must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the purchase date.
Products must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Clearance or sale items like buy one get one free are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Undergarments
Swimwear (if hygiene liners are removed)
Personalized or custom-made items
Refund process
For COD orders :- Refund will be processed within 2-3 working days after the return pickup is completed.
For prepaid orders:- Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 2-3 working days after the return pickup is completed.
Terms And Conditions
The customer is responsible for providing accurate bank account details for refunds. degree23 is not liable for errors in the provided details.
If you’ve received a delivery confirmation but haven’t received the package, report within 24 hours.
If you are claiming for shipping a wrong product a different product or a damaged product you have to send an unboxing video of the same to our Instagram DM @degree23.in
